How we work

At Specialisterne, an assessment programme is always based on the individual candidate. This means, that our candidates work on tasks based on their fields of interest and suits their professional/academic level. In the beginning of a programme we spend time on getting to know the candidates, enabling us to find interesting and motivating tasks for each candidate.

While working on the tasks, we focus on observing and assessing potential resources and challenges, that might be relevant in relation to future employment or education. On a day-to-day basis we focus on social interaction and we train it using board games, joined lunch, stand-up meetings and smaller group work.

Finally, we have weekly individual conversations focusing on personal development, with a special focus on entering the labour market or an education. Coaching can be a part of the individual conversations when deemed relevant. This could be in relation to motivational work or other subjects the candidate wish to improve on. Furthermore, the individual conversations are based on the resources and challenges we have become aware of in our daily work with the candidate.
